LORD JBLLTQpE'S REPORT. (Rec. September 5, 5.5 p.m.) Melbourne, September 5. Sir .Toseph Cook staled that he had not yet read l.ord Jellicoe's report. He intended lo study it carefitlly at the'-earliest opportunity. Although the Government would not' make certain portions of the report public, they would make available even-thing which should bo published in the public's inotrest.—Aus.-N.S!. Cable Assn.
