FORECAST OF-LORD JELLICOE'S REPORT By Telegraph-Press Ausp'cihtion—Copyright (Rec. September 2, 0,55 p.m.) Melbourne, September 1: It is stated that Lord i elhcoe's report will recommend the maintenance of eight battle cruisers, besides additional increases in cruisers, destroyers, and submarines. The scheme will doyelop yearly until 1923, when the anntal expenditure will be five million. It is undewtood that I/ird JeJlicoe informed tho Government that the Admir-' alty was prepared to provide the Commonwealth Government with many vessels of the'various classes required.—Press Assn. .
