CONSCIENTIOUS OBJECTOR
IMPRISONED FOR DESERTION.
By 'TrlesrraDli—Eross Association. Palmerston North, September 2. Glon Pollock, a consoientious' objector, waa tried by court-martial for desertion last Wednesday, and found guilty and sentenced to two years' hard labour in Wellington gaol.
