At the Supremo Court, after a hearing in camera since last Thursday, the jury to-night returned a verdict of J!1000 damages against J, J, Faulkner, co-respon-dent in the divorce action IV A. Price v. E. V. Trice, <uid fouml that tho respondent and co-respondent had committed adultery. Tho-y also found tlmt tho. petitioner had committed adultery with some womau unknown. Mr. A. Gray, K.C., appeared for tho petitioner, and Mr. C. V. Skerrett, K.C., for the respondent. Mr. Gray formally applied for a decree nisi. The costs will bo decided later.
