PROPOSED VISIT TO NEW ZEALAND London, August 30. Sir Thomas Mackenzie, interviewed, stated that Mr. Massey and Sir Joseph Ward, before their departure, conferred with the British Government concerning the proposed visit of tho Prince of Wales to New Zealand.
