REPATRIATION TO BE BEGUN.

Piris, August 29. Tho Supreme Council, from humanitarian motives, has decided to begin tho repatriation of German prisoners without awaiting tho ratification of the Peace Treaty.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. (Rec. August 31, 11.5 p.m.) Paris, August 30. The first batch of a thousand German prisoners in British hands in France are leaving for Germany to-day. The daily dispatoh will augment this to six thousand, provided the necessary German trains are arranged.
