A COMPLAINT
■Sir,-On both Friday and Saturday the fact was advertised that visitors to fI.M.S. New Zealand would bo allowed from 8 , a.m. oil Sundiiy, and it. was very disappointing to arrive at the ivhart and bo faccd by this notice: "No visitors till 1 p.m." Had the public been told that thero would bu no admission to the boat on Sunday morning, one would not have been surprised, naturally concluding' that there were perhaps .to *bo church services for the men. "When H.M.S. New Zealand returns here, perhaps the authorities responsible'will be courteous enough to exclude misleading statements from the newspapers, so that people like myself who Have not yet had a clianoo of seeing over the boat may havo a "fair deal."—l am, etc., ONLY A COLONIAL.
