SEVENTY -MILLIONS CrTVEN AWAY DURING LIFETIME. New York, August 28. 1 The late Mr. Andrew Carnegie's will estimates that*the.estate will not exceed six millions sterling. Mr. Carnegie, during his lifetime, made gifts' which exceeded seventy millions, sterling in value. ' A bequest of ,£2OOO is made to Mr. Lloyd George. Mr.- Carnegie left his collected .works of, art' to his wife. The Carnegie, Cor-' poration is named -sw residuary legatee. Provision is made for ■ Mrs. Carnegie and her daughter during their lifetime, and 10,000 dollars each is-bequeathed' to Mr. W. H.
