A Message was received from the Gov-ernor-General stating that ho had granted leave of absence for the session to the Hon. Sir Walter Buchanan, the Hon. Colonel W. E. Collins, the Hon. W. 11. Triggs, and tho Hon. C. H. Izard. The Council adjourned until 2.30 p.m. to-Uny.
