SCENE IN AMERICAN SENATE.
SENATORS LOSE THEIR TEMPERS. Washinoton, August 27. Theie was a heated scene in the Senate when Senator Fall accused Senator M'Cumber of having stated that Japan received goods 6tokn by Germany from China. Senator M'Cumber sprang to his ftet, pounded his desk, and accused Senator Fall of lying. Both Senators lost their tempera and pounded the desks and shouted, but finally subsided to denial and counter-aesortiona.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
