An interesting break from the usual stereotyped* dull phraesology of Government reports is furnished in the newly published report of the Committee ou Trusts in. Great Britain, Discuesino; the question of "reasonable" and "rigy. profits, the following footnote apj'f ' says the "Daily Chronicle";— u ' A definition of "reasonableness ' been given in parable form'thus: A j, liean, who had the painters in, sent a to them some I|mt, which had gon< '• a little. inquiring later how they {<•■ it, lie was told it was "just right. , He said: "How do you mean, - They said; "Woll, B" m '' nc ?' been any bettor we shouldn t ha go and if it luid been any worse we oouli lia* drunk"'it, so what we say is, it - just right." ______
