MANAGEMENT COMMITTED MEETING, The weekly meeting of Iho Management Committeo of tho Wollington Footbull Association was held last oveniiig. Mr. W. iuld presided, i ' Canterbury notified their intention of sending a secondary- school team to pky at Wellington on September 6. The dfcte was accepted. The matter of selecting a team was left to tho fifth-grade selectors. A vote of thanks was passed .to Mr. W. Brown, manager of the schools' team to Christchurch. The protest entered by South Wellington with regard to the fourth-division match South Wellington v. Poiwua, was dismissed. Mr. J. Ferguson forwarded hie resignation as a member of the Mnnngcnuiiit .Committee. Tho resignation was accepted with regret. The following ream has been to meet the team from th& H.M.R.
