AUSTRIAN EMPIRE'S DEBTS
TO BE SEABED PRO RATA BY FORMER. STATES. Paris, August 20. The reply of the Peace Conference to Austria declares that Austria's pre-war debt and war expenses shall be borne pro rata by Austria and tho countries lately Austrian; but Austria alone shall make reparation.
