THE INCOME-TAX PROBLEM. (Rec. August 27, 9.30 p.m.) London, August 27. The South Wales Miners' Federation lias reasserted its determination not to pay any income tax on incomes under ,£250, and rejected the executive's proposal in view of recent abatements. The matter it is contended-should be left to the Miners' Federation of Great Bri-tain.—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
