DRESS REGULATIONS
REVISED INSTRUCTIONS ISSUED. Tho following revised dress regulations have been issued by .Defence UendQiiar-'-ers:— FULL DRESS UNIFORM, (a) Pending revision of the New Zealand Dress Regulations, tho ioilowiag provisional regulations are issued-lor tho Uiioriuation and guidance of ollicors attending investitures, bails, and other oihcial and military cr semi-official and semi-niilJ.ary functions <b) Officers in possesion of the regulation scarlet w Wuo full dress or mesa dress will wear siiub on appropriate occasions as formerly. OHicers who are not in possession of re. gulation full dress or mess dress will vear khaki in substitution of same a? under:— (1) .For Outsido Functions, Parades, etc.--Khaki uniform with breeches, brown boots and leggings (spurs for officers of Stall' and mounted units), white shirt with double white stilt' collar (stand and fall), khaki tie, Sam Brown belt and brown gloves, slouch hat, with puggaree of authorised colours; sword if on parade. Orders, decorations, and medals to be worn as in full dress. (2) .For Indoor Functions.—Khaki uniform, with trousers or overalls, whito shirt with double white stiff collar (stand and fall), khaki tie, Sam Brown belt and brown gloves, slouch, hat or cap. Orders, decorations, awl medals to be worn as in lull dress, (e) Orders, Decorations, and Medals.— These will bo -vorn as laid down in G.O. SSI/191S on all forms of full dress. In mess dress only the miniatures or miniature ribands will be worn. In cases where ofheers are entitled to order decorations and medals not yet received they way wear tho uppropriato riband ift tha place which ■tho order dccoration or medal would normally occupy.
