Tho weather outlook is uncertain. Present indications, slates the Meteorological Bureau, are for increasing westerly winds, squally at times, southward of New Plymonth and Castlepoint, and backing to th-} south again shortly. A depression is due lo pass soon, and cloudy and unsettled conditions may be expected to follow in many parts of the country.
