Ho has been an officer of the Bank of New South Wales for 22 years; He'is a Wellington College old boy, and a native of Timaru. Among his extra qualifications as a bank officer, Mr. Mourant is an associate of the Institute of Bankors of New South Wales, a member of the .New Zealand Society of Accountants, and a member of the committee of the Wellington Accountant Students' Society. tMr. N. 0.. Morgan, of the staff of the Union Bank, lias been elected honorary treasurer of tho guild.
