The Bolsheviki ore in want of foreign currency for foreign propaganda, us well as to i>ay for imports. They have no credit, abroad, the Russian rouble being valueless. But the Bolsheviki havetound a fiimyle substitute for credit, 'tlicy simplv print foreign money. They have already printed millions of British J.I notes, French franco, and U.S. dollars. The notes arc forged so skilfully that it is very diflicult to detect the forgery.
