MEXICAN BANDITS
• AMERICAN PUNITIVE FORCE; CROSSES THE BORDER. Washington, August 19. The ransom lias been paid, and tlio American airmen, Peterson and Davis, have been released. They landed in Mexican territory under the impression they were in the United States. They walked and swam rivers for days boforo they fell into the hands of the bandits. American troops have invaded Mexico, and are pursuing the bandits—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
