JAPANESE INTERVENTION
GROWING FEELINGAGAINST IT. Tokio. August, 11. There is a growing feeling of resentment against the continued retention ot Japanese ikoops in Siberia. The necessity for military assistance, which was the sole reason for their dispatch, bias oeased to exist, and Japan is p.cdged to non-interference in Russia's mternall affairs. Besides the objections to the continuing expense, there is a feeling that Japan must never be involved in the civil war in Russia—Renter.
