Washington, August 11. The collapse of the Kolchnlc movement in Siberia is reported to bo impending, owing 'to feck of supplies.-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. (Rec. August 12-13, midnight.) New York, August 12. Tho position of the forces under. Admiral Kolchak is so precarious that in official American circles it is feared that an utter collapse of.the anti-Bolshevist movement is impending. Reliable information received by the. Government indicates that Kolchak is being badly beaten, having been compelled to gradually retire 800 miles east of the position he held last spring. Kolchak's forces are estimated to total one hundred thousand ill-equipped men, and he is opposed bv a force of half a . million wellequipped ' Bolshevists.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
