it tlio animal meeting o£ tlie Eastbourne Bowling Club the following effico-bearers wore elected for the ensuing season-—President, Mr. 11. W. Shortt; vice-president, Mr. J. D. Avery; committee, Messrs. C. A. Marquis. A. Munro, Chitty, M'Keegan, and Ridler; hon. treasurer, Mr. N. Crombio; hon. eecrutary, Mr. W. Powell; delegate to Centre, Mr. H. Mayer; sole selector, Mr. A. Munro; auditor, Mr. H. A. Baker. Sixteen new members were elected. After a lengthy discussion it wa6 decided to tako no part in pennant competitions during the coming season.
