NEW, REGULATIONS,

Additional War Regulations dealing with enemy properly wore published in a Gazette' Extraordinary issued yesterday. It is provided that nothing in the now regulations shall apply to any property which lirst. becomes enemy properly after tlio termination of (he war with Germany, unless that property consists of (ho proceeds of (lie sale, realisation, or disposition of properly which was enemy properly during that war, or consists of rents,, profits, interest, or other revenues derived from properly which was enemy property during that war. It shall not ho lawful for any person, without tlio consent of tlio At-torney-General, directly or indirectly to send or transmit any enemy property out of New Zealand, or to deal with enemy property in any manner whatever with intent 'to reduce such property or tho proceeds of the solo, realisation, or disposition thereof into the possession of an enenly, or with intent otherwise to make tlio samo available out. of New Zealand by or for tho benefit of an enemy. The Public Trustee shall act as the Custodian of Enemy Property under the regulations. ■ On or before September 1, 1910, it is required that every person who nt tho date of the regulation holds or has !ho possession, management, or control of any enemy property shall, •by notico in writing, communicate the fact, together with full particulars of such property, to the Custodian of Enemy Properly at Wellington. This clause shall, not apply to enemy property of which full particulars havs been already supplied to the custodian in accordance with tho regulations of April 3, 101 G. '

Every person who for tho timo being holds or has tlio possession, management, or control of any enemy properly shall from time to time give to the Custodian of Enemy Property fiueu information with respect thereto as tho custodian may require. Tho regulations defino enemy property, and impose further restrictions regarding the 6ame.
