W'e would urgo upon the yovernment that such action on their part would bo a fitting conclusion to the lieaco celebrations of i'io last low days, and ft mark of sincere desire (o make 'democracy safe' by 'recognising that minorities have rights, especially when their honesty of purpose is beyond reproach."
