Rotterdam papers announce an agreement between an important British syndicate and a Dutch company with the object of a wholesale purchase of German motnl products for immediato oxport to England. Tho agreement is due to the continuous rise in tho American rato of exchange, which is increasing the industrial difficulties of England.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Awn.
