FATE NOT YET DECIDED. London, July 30. In the House of Commons Mr. Bonar Law said the Peace Conference had not decided the fate of the Goeben. or of the salved warships at Scapa Flow. The Government realised the • enormous amount of repairs necessary for merchant ships, and would not agree to undertaking extensive repairs to warships to the detriment of more urgently-needed mer-chantmen.—Aus.-N.Z.
