: 'Westminster Abbey is now in possession of a full peal of eight bells. The last time the bells of tho Abbey were heard was at the Coronation of tho King on .Tune 22. 1911. Then the bells, only six in number, did not constitute, a full peal. To complete the octavo two bells have been added by anonymous donors The old bells have also been retimed, and tho whole eight have been rehung with entirely new fittings and framowork in the tower.
