WILD SCENES IN CHICAGO. New York, July 29. Fourteen whites and eight negroes were killed, and about five hundred were injured, in the. race riots m Chicago. Throughout Monday night tho mobs controlled the streets, and there was wild iighling and shooting. The troublo arose through an attempt to compel tho negroes to - occupy their own bathing beaches.—Router.

RIOTING CONTINUES. (Itec. July 30, 7.10 p.m.) Now York, July 20. Rioting continues in Chicago, the financial district of tho city being now affected. The casualties "total" 500 injured and 20 dead.
