MR, J. D. SPRECKELS INTERVIEWED (Rec. July 30, 9,5 p.m.) Sydney. July 30. Mr. J. D. 'Spreckols, of tho Oceanic Company, is visiting Sydney. He says that his company has not decided upon any shipbuilding programme, but if tho business warranted it was ready to go anead. Everything depended on trade* and ho was hopeful for the future—Press Assn.
