GENERAL RELAXATION DISCLOSED IN BIGAMY CASES. London, July 25. Several Judges have commented recently on the rampancy of bigamy, and the London "Times," in a leader, states that there has been a 300 per cent, increase upon the pre-war figures. There has beon a general relaxation of public morals'. .Unhappily the war intensified the conflict between elemental nature and civilisation.—"The Times."
