CRIMINAL SESSIONS. The (criminal sessions of the Supreme Court begin on 'Monday next, when His Honour Mr. Justice Stringer will deal with the following persons, charged with the offences set oppusite their names:— Patrick Charlton M'Gill, alleged theft. Stephen Fisher, John Perry, Herbert Phillip Pettit, Percy Albert A.ding, Ernest Adams, and Ernest Beech, alleged theft. Horace Benjamin Martin', alleged indecent act. Joseph (Martin Gillespie, alleged assault, causing actual bodily harm. Julian Huggens, alleged indecent "assault on a ma;e. William Fenton Beet Aiding, alleged breaking and entering with intent. Harold Albert Peard, alleged theft, two charges. Ernest Hadley, alleged perjury.
