CONGRATULATIONS FROM LONDON. The Mayor (Jlv. J. P. Luke) yesterday received the fallowing cablegram from London: "The London County Council sends warmest congratulations upon tho victorious conclusion of the war in tho attainment of which all parts of the British Empire played so noble a part, and express the hopo that the great sacrifices which have been made will result in peace and good will throughout the world. (Signed) Downham, chairman." ;
