FISH TRAWLER ARRESTED
4 lij Teli-itraDh—l'rces Ansociation. Auckland, July 28. The steam trawler Phantom was arrested on Sunday afternoon for alleged trawling inside the limits. The fisheries in.ipecior ordered her to return to port. She was afterwards released, conditionally until the ease hus been heard. The Phantom was -previously caught trawling inside the limit 011 May 8, and the master was fined .C 5 and 28s. costs, and ' the vessel's tackle and captured fish were confiscated.
