The fisheries in.ipecior ordered her to return to port. She was afterwards released, conditionally until the ease hus been heard. The Phantom was -previously caught trawling inside the limit 011 May 8, and the master was fined .C 5 and 28s. costs, and ' the vessel's tackle and captured fish were confiscated.
