INTERNATIONAL AIR RULES
FINAL TEXT OF THE CONVENTION. London,' July 25. Th'e final text of the International Air Convention has been issue!. It establishes a commission under the League of Nations, comprising two representatives each for America, Fiance, Japan, and Italy, one for Britain, one for each British Dominion, one for India, and one for each member of the League. The first meeting is to be held in Paris. The expenses of tho commission wilt be shared in proportion to tho voting strength. The Convention concedes each State the fullest sovereignty over its own air spaces, but grants freedom of passage subject to international rules.—Aus.-N.Z. Coble Assn.
