A SUGGESTION. . ' Sir,—Will you allow me, through the columns of The Dominion* to suggest to the Otaki Racing Club that they should name one of their races "The Otaki Memorial Stakes," in commemoration of the gallant fight put up by Captain Archibald B. Smith, of the steamer Otaki with the raider Moewe on March 10, 1917, as mentioned in The Dojiixion of the 24th instant -I am, etc., ' W. D. B. MURRAY. Palmerston North, July 25, 1919.
