A Swiss banker estimates that there wis / £1,700,000,000 worth of scrip belonging to the Germans, including the Kaiser, and .£100,000,000 worth belonging to the Austriaiis lodged in Switzerland during the war, with a view to evading tho lieavj post-war taxation.
