STEADY DECLINE. Sydney, July 'it. Inlluenzn is steadily declining in the city and the country. There were only three deaths in tho metropolitan area yesterday. Brisbane reports that tlio epidemic is dying out. Thoro havo been no deaths since- July 15. Melbourne, however, report!: a recrudescence.
