MUTINY IN THE ANTI-RED LINE BOLSHEVIK INTRIGUE AT WORE By Telegraph-Press Aseociation-CoDyrleM (Rec. July 21, 8.15 p.m.) London, July 23. Official.—General Ironside reports (hat Russian mutinies have occurred, principally on the Onega front, where there nre nn British troops, nnd also on the railway front, where the mutiny did not mature. The Onega mutineers surrendered their front and town to the enemy. The mutiny was due to Bolshevik propatauda. and was brought to a head by therealisation that a Dritish evacuation had begun. Apparently, tho Russians then decided that their only hope was to go over to the Bolsbcviki. The latter attsclied the railway front, but were rel>u!s«l. Several British residents were forced to dig graves and were shot, A terrible anti-Jewish pogrom has broken out. The Boleheviki offer half a milvion roubles for the assassination of General Munnerheim, with the oh.i°<-'; nf walysing the operations of the Finnish Army. —"The Times." INTRIGUE WITH BUMANIA. Copenhagen, July 23. The Rumanian Press Bureau states' that a, Russian Bolshevik Commission is negotiating for peaco with Rumania on the Dniester. Lenin is willing jo cede. Bessarabia to Rumania.
