Uv 'ItoleeraDh— Tri , " Aa«oi-.in.Mnil Christchurch, July 21 .The case in which Maude Eliza Felton claimed JCSCO damages and asked for an injunction against the Addington Iron Dolling Mills, Ltd., was concluded in the Supremo Court to-day, judgment being given for the defendants without costs. Much evidence was given that the operations of the defendants did not cause annoyance, and in giving judgment Mr. Justice Herdman said it had not been proved that plaintiff's property had deteriorated. Ho was satisfied that the locality was itot a residential area, but an.industrial part of the city.
