The wool offered for valuation in the Wellington district totalled 209,004 biiiles, of which 178,085 bales were greiiey and 30,919 bales were freezing companies' slipe wools. The quantities of greasy wool disposed of were 139,536 bales to the British Government, 9139 bales to tho United States Government, 893 bales to New Zealand •mills, and 28,517 bales were delivered to scourers in tho Dominion, making up tho above total of 178.055 bales of greasy Wool.
