"SANE LINES"
/Sir,—So "A Voter" would like to see the country run 011 sane lines. As a ■working man whose only means of support is his capacity for work,. I also would like to see the country run 011 sane lines, which is far from the case «l present. I expect my "sane lines" carry a vastly different meaning to those of "A Voter." I would like to see all (lie means of the people's livelihood ill the hands of the twople's 'renresentatives, used for the benefit of all. instead of as now for the enrichment of tli" few. to the detriment of the many. How long can this continue?—l a"), etc.. E. PimCOTT._ Waipukurau, July 17.
