TROOPS TO BE WITHDRAWN. (Rec. July 22, 8 p.m.) Paris, July 21. Japan has formally intimated that she is withdrawing her troops from Shantung, and maintaining onJy her economio claims to tho railways. Japan's undertaking will probably result in China signing tho Peace Treaty forthwith.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
