The Secretary of the General Post Office advises as follows:—"From midnight on Wednesday, July 23, the censorship of aE cable and wireless telegrams for offices throughout the British Empire will ceasei Both cr.ble and inland telegrams written in private code may bo accepted from 8 a.m. on Thursday, Julj--24. Telegrams to tlioso countries where ,local censorship is still in force are accepted at sender's risk. China, Boiivia, and Brazil, have notified that the censorship has ceased." ,
