ORDINARY SERVICE RESUMED ON GISBORNE SECTION. By Telecraph—Press Association. Gisborne, July 22. Tlie position on tho Gisborne section of railways has greatly improved by the arrival of 200 tons of Westpart coal, which,' with the coal in stock, is expected to last from two to three months. Owing to this improvement in the coal situation all the train restrictions were removed as from to-day, and the ordinary service both in respect to passengers and goods has been resumed.
