PEACE ILLUMINATIONS. AT THE CENTRAL POST OFFICE. Until late Friday evening the Post Office officials wero in despair over their pcacc illuminations. Those flags were fitted into the windows faciug Post Office Square. At 4.30 p.m. on Friday, Messrs. Early Bros., Ltd., rang up the Post Office, anil offered to illuminate ihe "flag transparencies; and by 7 p.m. on Saturday 20 powerful "Wizard" lamps had been'installed, and the front of the Post Office presented a beautiful sight. The Allies' llags stood out ill Kfld relief, and attracted a buxta lutri appreciative .crowd of sightseer,s on Saturday, Sunday, and lionday nights. The "Wizard" lamps used at the Post Office are practically the same as those used for lighting private houses. About oOOfl "Wizard" lighting plants are in use in seaside and country homes, stores, etc., in New Zoaland, and Messrs. Early Bros., Ltd., the New Zealand agents, state that they are still installing on an average over 100 "Wizard" plants per month.—
