NEW CITY PROPOSED AS WAR MEMORIAL. Brussels, July 13. The Inter-Allied Committee appointed to report as to the best means for the commemoration of the. war recommends the building of an international city, "Geopolis," with rich gardens, promeiir ades, and memorials. The committee suggests that a great battlefield in Belgium should be selected, and recommends that the site should be neutralised and the city made the seat of the League of Nations.—'"The Times."
