,■ . -« — A very pleasant evening was spent at the Brooklyn ri/le rnngo on Thursday last, when a match between Brooklyn and the Harbour Board was fired, the former winning by 11 points. The presentation of prises for the quarter ending July 3 was made by tho Rov.'Mr..Dent'. The following arc the winners:—Moaii.ly competitions—A Class.-, First mouth won by A. Turner, 279 points; second month won by D. Alabaster, 270 points; third month won by D. Alabaster, 271 points. 13 Class; First month won by Mr. M Donald, 282 points; second month, won by A. Graham; 278 points; third month won by T. Wilson, 265 points. The Perkins Cup and Abbott Medal, won bv T). Alabaster, 760 points. Tho Tumor Handicap Cup was won by Mr. Hill, 803 points. Tho Alabaster Points Cup was won by T. Oates, 28 points; B Class Cup was won by Mr. :M'Donald, 752 poinls. ".Daily Mail" certificate was won by D. Alabaster. The Ilaleroft Shield and S.M.R.C. Spoon were won by A. Paterson, 97 points.
