On the question of (ho testimonial, Iwth tho chairman and the secretary said that they had no thought of any reward lieyond the feeling of satisfaction, obtained 'through the succos.-; of llio league's ■operations; Both speakers were strongly opposed to tho acceptance of any such reward.

After some further discussion, it was unanimously decided to except the executive's testimonial that the whole amount he divided between ■ the Itcturned Soldiers' Association and the Trentham Scholarship Fund.
