A decreo has been made ordering sellers above the official prices to bo punished by a fine of JMOO and heavy imprisonment. There was some looting at Turin and Genoa. A general strike was ordered at Naples, and shops wero looted. The troops occupied the streets. A hundred arrests were made at Milan.—Aus.N.Z.
