EXHIBITION OF CATS
FINE DISPLAY OF PETS.
In connection with tic Poultry Show there was yesterdtiy e very fine display of Chinchilla, Persian, Manx, and Maltese eats, in all the colours peculiar to (he cat family. Mrs. M. L. Bushby secured thfa championship and several special prizes with .1 very handsome Chinchilla male, the price of this cat fi.?urinpf in the catalogue' at ,£IOO. There were between eighty and ninety cats and kittens 011 exhibition, and tliero was a very fair attendance to see the pets. The 'prize-winners were as follow— Chinchilla male (over 12 months)--M re. M. L. Bushby 1, three specials, and championship. Mrs. Bushby also secured second place with another eat. Chinchilla female (over 12 months)— Mrs. 11. L. Bushby, 1, 2 and 3, and special.
